It's compatible with a PS/2 or USB port, and operates within a 5' range of the receiver without cords that clutter the desk. I have Vista home Prem , on my lap top and needed a second mouse .The product says it will work with Vista . Well after 3 tries. The drivers would not load. After 3 tries I finally took it back and a Logitech , which works great .

I bought this exact mouse earlier this year at Target and we absolutely LOVE it. We haven't had a single problem with it. It never loses connection, it's comfortable to use, we love having a scroll button on it. It was easy to install, and we've just recently changed the batteries for the first time since March! We use this mouse every day, and rarely turn it off, we just let it go to standby mode (just click once when you're ready to use it again). Great mouse.

I had nothing but problems with it. Mine too caused the batteries to leak, and it lost the connection half the time!!

I just got a new laptop. I soon found out that the touchpad is a pain to use. I needed a mouse and so I did some research and I came across this one. It was a good price but I was worried about the ratings were not very good. I decided to try it out and you know what its great. The price is great and the quality is great! I highly recommend this one.

Liked the mouse until I started having problems with it (less than a week later). My scroll wheel doesn't work, and I've spent too much time troubleshooting it... Find a DIFFERENT mouse... Ur just wasting time looking at this one!

My sister bought this for use with our laptop and it started giving us trouble a couple of months down the line. The mouse and usb receiver are not travel-friendly.

Yes, this thing gobbles batteries like a hungry football player, but I just got rid of mine because batteries were BLOWING UP inside it! Two separate sets of batteries have blown up (they pop loudly and start leaking battery acid) in my mouse in the past 2 days. I have owned it for only a few months. I have never been so weirded out by a product!

I have had this mouse for like 2 weeks and it was working fine. It was working one morning and I turned it off for a while and when I turned it back on the right button was working and the lights were on except for the under light and the cursor was not working. DO NOT GET THIS MOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MOUSEWHEEL problem - had this only a month and the MOUSEWHEEL doesnt work right anymore. no use in it since it scrolls however it pleases. VERY CHEAP mousewheel.

That seems to be the only problem so far but its early if its mousewheel is that cheap what else will fail soon? At least it still points well and clicks well but maybe living in the internet age has proven the MOUSEWHEEL to be IMPORTANT. and I can't stand this issue.

CHEAP product. Spend a litle more and you wont be sorry you avoided this mouse.
